cup All bran cereal
pounds Lean ground round
2 Egg whites -- sl beaten
¼ cup Skim milk
1 cup Onions -- chopped
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 can Tomato sauce w/Italian
Seasn
1 can Pizza Sauce
2 cups Mozzarella cheese --
Shredded
1 gram Green pepper -- thin sliced
1 can Sliced ripe olives
½ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated

Directions

In large bowl combine; All-bran, beef , egg whites, milk, onions and seasoning. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Evenly press meat mixture into an 11x15x2 inch baking pan. Stir together tomato and pizza sauces; spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle sauce with mozzarella cheese, pepper slices, olives, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400F about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges begin to brown. Cut into 18 slices. Serve hot.
