Broccoli with horseradish sauce

Ingredients

½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; melted |
1 | tablespoon | Prepared horseradish |
1 | tablespoon | Grated onion |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
Pinch of red pepper | ||
1 | pounds | Bunch of broccoli |
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Trim off large leaves of broccoli, and remove tough ends of stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly, and separate into spears. Cook broccoli, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp- tender. Arrange in a dish. Top with horseradish sauce.
