½ | cup | Olive Oil |

3 | teaspoons | Sugar |
Tabasco Sauce; to taste | ||
4 | Green Onions; chopped | |
½ | cup | Fresh Parsley; minced |

Directions
Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.
