Brussels sprouts with sun-dried tomato

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Brussels Sprouts; trimmed and cooked
½ cup Sun-Dried Tomato Halves In Oil; sliced thin
½ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
½ cup Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
3 teaspoons Sugar
Tabasco Sauce; to taste
4 Green Onions; chopped
½ cup Fresh Parsley; minced
1998. It was a big hit and I had many requests for the recipe.

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.
