Tuna steaks
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
teaspoon Oregano, dried
teaspoon Thyme, dried
teaspoon Dill, dried
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Dry rub approx. 1 tsp spice mixture over the surface of each tuna steak and wait about ½ hour to set the flavor before broiling or gas grilling.
