Carrot and blue cheese salad with cumin

1 cup Light cream
Salt
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
1 pounds Carrots; peeled, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds

Directions

Process in blender or processor all the ingredients except the carrots.
