Carrots and walnuts

Ingredients

1 pounds Carrots in 1/4-1/2\" slices
2 tablespoons Water
5 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup Chopped walnuts, toasted lightly
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
¼ teaspoon Lemon-pepper seasoning salt

Directions

Cook carrots, with water, until tender (about 5 minutes in a microwave or 10-15 minutes in a covered pan over medium heat).

Combine olive oil, nuts, lemon peel and salt in a bowl. Add carrots.

Serve warm.
