Cheese and rice casserole from joan johnson

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Brown rice, cooked
3 Green onions, chopped
1 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon Dried dill
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
½ cup 1% milk

Directions

1. Combine all in a mixing bowl. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

2. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

One serving = 2 breads, 1 protein, ½ milk Per serving-- 235 calories
