Chevre cracked-pepper bread (machine)

1 | tablespoon | Cracked black pepper |
1½ | tablespoon | Nonfat dry milk |
2¼ | ounce | Goat cheese, with herbs if |
Desired, cut into quarters | ||
1 | cup | Plus 3 T + 2 t water |
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed. All ingredients must be at room temperature. Select yeast bread and baking control for medium. Press start. Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
