Chevre cracked-pepper bread (machine)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
teaspoon Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Cracked black pepper
tablespoon Nonfat dry milk
ounce Goat cheese, with herbs if
Desired, cut into quarters
1 cup Plus 3 T + 2 t water

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed. All ingredients must be at room temperature. Select yeast bread and baking control for medium. Press start. Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
