Ingredients

1 | gallon | Peeled chopped tomatoes |
⅔ | cup | Chopped onions |
1½ | cup | Chopped green or hot peppers |
1½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
5 | teaspoons | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Ginger, ground |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 | cups | Cider vinegar |
Directions
Put all ingredients in a non reactive pan. Simmer and stir until thickness desired. Can in sterile pints.
