Chili-cheese bake

Ingredients

3 cups Cooked rice
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
1 can Green chiles -- chopped 4

2 teaspoons Chili powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 can Red kidney beans -- 16 pz
Rinsed and drained
1 medium Chopped onion
2 teaspoons Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese -- 8 oz
Divided
Shredded

Directions

In a greased 2 qt. saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese.

Top with 1½ cups of cheese. Bake covered at 350 deg. for 25 min.

Top with remaining cheese, then bake uncovered 10 min. more. Yield: 6 servings.
