Chinese chicken salad #2 - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cooked chicken breast, cubed
½ cup Water chestnuts, drained
½ cup Bean sprouts
½ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped green onion
1 cup Cooked brown or white rice
2 eaches Tb fatfree Italian dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 each Tb fatfree ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1 each Tb fatfree sour cream
1 each Tb lemon juice

Directions

In large bowl, mix chicken, water chestnuts, sprouts, celery and onion. In a separate bowl, pour Italian dressing over cooked rice and stir until absorbed then add to the chicken mixture. Mix together the soy sauce, ranch dressing sour cream and lemon juice and toss with the other ingredients. Per serving: 89cal., 1g fat (10%), 12mg chol., 2g fiber, 6g pro., 14g carb., 205mg sod.
