12 | ounces | Cooked white chicken meat, boneless and skinless |
4 | eaches | Hard boiled egg whites, chopped |
¼ | cup | Sweet pickle relish |
1 | each | Tb chopped onion |
¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
1 | can | (8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped |
1 | each | Tb mustard |
½ | cup | Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip |
1 | each | Bottle fatfree Thousand Island dressing |
1 | teaspoon | Hickory salt seasoning |
Directions
Bake the chicken after you sprinkle it with seasoning on it for about 20-30 minutes covered at 325F. In a medium sized bowl combine all of the other ingredients. Remove the cooked chicken and chop into cubes.
Fold it into the dressing mixture. Chill about 30 minutes. This is great served with nonfat saltine crackers or on a sandwich. It can also be served on a lettuce leaf with some fresh fruit.
