Spicy chicken salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Cooked white chicken meat, boneless and skinless
4 eaches Hard boiled egg whites, chopped
¼ cup Sweet pickle relish
1 each Tb chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped celery
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 each Tb mustard
½ cup Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip
1 each Bottle fatfree Thousand Island dressing
1 teaspoon Hickory salt seasoning

Directions

Bake the chicken after you sprinkle it with seasoning on it for about 20-30 minutes covered at 325F. In a medium sized bowl combine all of the other ingredients. Remove the cooked chicken and chop into cubes.

Fold it into the dressing mixture. Chill about 30 minutes. This is great served with nonfat saltine crackers or on a sandwich. It can also be served on a lettuce leaf with some fresh fruit.
