Chinese chicken salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

2 cups Cooked chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 ounces Sliced water chestnuts, drained
½ cup Diced celery
½ pounds Seedless green grapes
½ cup Fatfree sour cream
¼ cup Fatfree ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1 teaspoon Curry posder
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and celery. Blend together the sour cream, dressing, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture. Stir in grapes.
