Chunky tomato-citrus salsa

cup Chopped ripe tomato
cup Chopped honeydew melon
cup Chopped fresh pineapple or
8 oz. can crushed
Pineapple, drained
1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh
Cilantro
3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Serve as a relish for grilled fish or meat. Makes 1¼ Cups
