2.00 cup picked cilantro leaves
1.00 tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup roasted pine nuts
½ cup roasted walnuts
½ cup parmesan cheese
3.00 tablespoon olive oil
1 (or enough to make a paste)
1 salt; to taste
1 freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Directions

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients together, forming a thick paste. Season with salt and pepper.
