Cinnamon-lemon yams

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 16 oz. canned yams
¼ cup Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Bottled lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ cup Crumbled cornflakes

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. Arrange yams in a 2 quart casserole. Combine butter, lemon juice, cinnamon; pour over yams. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Bake 30 min. Serve hot. Serves 6. Source: Dottie Theriault's collection.
