Coconut fingers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
White bread; sliced
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
cup Coconut; shredded

Directions

Cut each slice of bread in 4 strips. Dip each strip in condensed milk and then in coconut, covering all four sides. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees until delicately browned. Remove from pan at once They become crisp when cool. Ground nuts can be used in place or with coconut.
