Corn bread or muffin mix

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2⅔ cup Cornmeal (stone ground if>>>
Possible).
2 cups A/P flour
2 tablespoons Sugar, or more to taste
2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Baking powder

Directions

Whisk all ingreds. together in lge. bowl. Mix very thoroughly.

Divide mix into two zip lock bags. You should have 2½ c. per bag.

Store at room temp.
