Country style buttermilk pancakes with berry sauce

1 | cup | Buttermilk |
1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Cornmeal |
½ | cup | Wheat flour, whole-grain |
½ | cup | White flour |
**BERRY SAUCE** | ||
2 | cups | Berries |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Directions
Beat together buttermilk, egg whites, and corn oil. Stir buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix. Top with Homemade Berry Sauce
BERRY SAUCE: Combine 2 cups berries (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries), honey and sugar in small saucepan stirring constantly. Turn heat down and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve warm.
