Cream cheese dressing for fresh fruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened (227gm)
3 tablespoons Powdered sugar; (50mL) [icing sugar]
2 tablespoons Light cream; (25mL)
2 tablespoons Orange liqueur; (25mL) Or 1 tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate (15mL)

Directions

Beat all ingredients together until light.

Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and grapes.

Serves 4 to 6.

Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.

In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
