3 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1⅔ cup Confectioners sugar
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 drops Milk; if needed , more or less

From: "Sharon H. Frye" <shfrye@...> Date: Thu, 18 Jul 1996 18:35:17 EDT Beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, salt, and vanilla until fluffy with no lumps. Add milk, if needed, a few drops at a time to reach desired spreading consistency.

Personal notes: This doesn't make very much...about enough for the top of the cake. But it is really sweet and is more than enough for me. It also makes a good "filling" between slices of breads like pumpkin bread to make a pretty tea sandwich.
