Creamy hot beef dip

1 cup Sour Cream -- 8 ounces
3 ounces Dried beef
Rinsed and finely chopped
2 tablespoons Green pepper -- chopped
tablespoon Onion -- minced
1 teaspoon Dried green pepper flakes --
Optional
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Raw Vegetables or crackers

Directions

Combine first eight ingredients in a 1-qt. baking dish. Bake at 375 deg., uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers. Yield: about 2 cups Recipe By : Taste of Home
