Hot beef dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Onion
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Milk
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Chipped dried beef
3 ounces Can of mushrooms
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Directions

Heat cheese and milk until blended; add onions that have been cooked in butter and remaining ingredients. Serve hot with homemade bread sticks or crackers. Randy Rigg
