Cremettes with fresh tomato sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (7-oz) Creamettes elbow macaroni
1 medium Green pepper; chopped
1 small Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Margarine
6 mediums Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon Basil leaves
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Prepare Creamettes Elbow Macaroni as package directs; drain. In large skillet, cook green pepper, onion and garlic in margarine until tender.

Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Combine hot cooked macaroni and tomato sauce; mix well. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
