Crouton and sumac salad

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Fresh coriander leaves |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh mint |
2 | Cloves Garlic, crushed | |
3 | tablespoons | Sumac |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | cup | Olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | cup | Plain croutons, or well bread cubes |
Directions
