Crouton and sumac salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Head lettuce, chopped
1 medium Cucumber, peeled and diced
2 mediums Tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup Fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh mint
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons Sumac
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Plain croutons, or well bread cubes

Directions
