Deviled crab/shrimp dip

Ingredients

1 cup Crab/Shrimp or combination
2 tablespoons Chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons Skim milk
1/2 fat-meat exchange
1/2 fat exchange

Fat 4 g
½ teaspoon Horseradish
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard

Directions

Soften cream cheese in micro on high for 2 minutes unwrapped in a glass dish. Mix all remaining ingredients into cheese and bake on medium high for 4-6 minutes or until hot.

Serve with vegetable sticks, french bread cubes or crackers.
