Sweet & sour sauce^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons To 3 soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons Brown rice syrup
1 tablespoon Brown rice vinegar
pinch Cayenne
2 tablespoons Arrowroot powder or
Cornstarch
1 cup Water

Directions

Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook until a thick sauce forms, about 1 minute. Makes 1¼ cups.
