Dijon chicken with black japonica

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Black japonica cooked according to package directions
¾ cup Mayonaise
¼ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Horseradish
6 Chicken breast halves

Directions

Mix these ingredients in a bowl and brush it on Chicken breasts. Broil or grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread the Japonica on a platter as a bed for the Chicken breasts arrange the chicken breasts on the Japonica and garnish with sliced orange.
