Drew carey's apple coffee cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1½ cup Granulated sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Oil
2 Eggs, large
¼ cup Coffee
1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
2½ cup Apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup Chopped nuts
Butter or non-stick spray

Directions

Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350øF for one hour.
