Easiest shrimp salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Cooked peeled chopped shrimp
¼ cup Lowfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Minced onion flakes reconstituted
1 dash Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours to blend flavors.

Per serving: 18g protein, 5g fat, 4g carb., 393mg sodium, 171mg chol., 136 calories.
