Easy cranberry wild rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 x Can whole berry cranberry
Sauce (16oz)
2 Pkgs. Uncle Bens Original
Long Grain & Wild Rice
cup Thinly sliced celery

Directions

1. Cook onion in butter in 10-inch skillet until tender but not brown. 2. Add enough water to cranberry sauce to make 4½ cups. 3.

Add cranberry sauce and contents of rice and seasoning packets to skillet. Stir. 4. Bring to a boil 5. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. 6. Stir in celery.
