Easy stuffed peppers 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 mediums Green peppers
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Bread crumbs
½ teaspoon Salt
Dash of pepper
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Onion, minced
1 can Tomato soup

Directions

Remove tops & seeds from peppers; steam shells about 5 min. Combine remaining ingredients using only ½ can of soup. Mix well. Fill peppers with stuffing. Bake in a moderate oven , 375 degrees, for 30 min. Pour remaining ½ can of soup over peppers. Continue baking 15 min. Serves 6 Submitted By SUE LASTER On 02-08-95 (1745)
