Fall apple dump crunch

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pack Spice cake mix
1 can (16 oz) sliced pie apples (not pie filling)
¾ cup Brown sugar; packed
1 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans
1 Stick butter or margarine (not low fat), melted

Directions

Lightly grease a 9" pie or cake pan. Pour in apples and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover with dry cake mix. Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool to warm

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Serve warm or cold.
