Family supper steak dinner

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Round Steak
3 tablespoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Each Salt and Pepper
2 teaspoons Canola Oil
1 each Onion
½ cup Water
½ cup Bottled Chili Sauce
8 eaches Small New Potatoes
8 eaches Carrots
2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Directions

Cut round steak into 4 equal pieces. Peel carrots. Cut small ring of peeling from center of each potato, wash well. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Slice onion. Dredge steak in flour, brown well in oil.

Top steak with onion, add ¼ cup water, cover and simmer 45 min.

Stir in chili sauce and remaining water, cover again and simmer 45 min. Steam potatoes, cook carrots.
