Family supper steak dinner

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Round Steak |
3 | tablespoons | Flour |
¼ | teaspoon | Each Salt and Pepper |
2 | teaspoons | Canola Oil |
1 | each | Onion |
½ | cup | Water |
½ | cup | Bottled Chili Sauce |
8 | eaches | Small New Potatoes |
8 | eaches | Carrots |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped Parsley |
Directions
Cut round steak into 4 equal pieces. Peel carrots. Cut small ring of peeling from center of each potato, wash well. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Slice onion. Dredge steak in flour, brown well in oil.
Top steak with onion, add ¼ cup water, cover and simmer 45 min.
Stir in chili sauce and remaining water, cover again and simmer 45 min. Steam potatoes, cook carrots.
