Fast and delicious pecan pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Eggs
¾ cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Milk
½ cup Buttermilk baking mix
1 cup Pecans
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Grease a 10" pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients (except pecans) in blender until smooth. Add pecans. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream; also good cold.
