1 cup Fat-free chicken broth
½ teaspoon Dried minced onion
Or fat-free drippings salt/pepper to taste

Add flour to skim milk; beat or stir until smooth. Place broth or drippings and onion in saucepan; heat to boiling. Add flour-milk mixture to broth very slowly, stirring constantly; season to taste.
