Ingredients

4 | cups | Sugar |
½ | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Light corn syrup |
3 | eaches | Egg whites |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | cup | Grape Nuts Cereal |
Directions
Place sugar, water and corn syrup in a saucepan and cook until it forms a soft ball. Take a third of this mixture and pour over stuffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Place the rest of the syrup back on the stove and cook to a firm ball. Pour over the first part and continue beating. Add vanilla. When mixture starts to thicken, add Grape Nuts and srop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper sprayed with Pam. You will never miss the pecans.
