Fish fillets with aromatic stuffing and creamy mustard sauc

½ | cup | Thinly sliced celery |

2½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
½ | teaspoon | Angostura aromatic bitters |
⅛ | teaspoon | Sage |
½ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
4 | larges | Fish fillets |

CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE |
Directions
Cook onion & celery in 2 Tbls. butter about 10 minutes; pour over bread crumbs. Add ¼ tsp. salt, Angostura, sage & walnuts; mix lightly. Season fillets lightly with additional salt & pepper to taste; spread with stuffing. Roll fillets & fasten with toothpicks.
Place fish in shallow greased pan; pour 2-3 Tbls. water into pan. Dot with remaining butter. Bake in 375 oven.
