Tart vegetable stuffing for fish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Ground carrots
¾ cup Ground onions
½ cup Chopped celery
2 cups Soft bread crumbs
¼ cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Use as stuffing for any large fish or with fish steaks. This dressing is especially good with salmon.
