French toast (hl)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 slices White bread
1 Egg
¼ cup Skim milk
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 protein 1/4 milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread and mix well. Heat non-stick skillet and spray with vegetable spray. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture (be sure to soak well). Transfer bread to pan and cook until brown.
