Fresh fruits with lemon basil dressing

Ingredients

Grapefruit sections
Orange sections
Strawberries
Kiwis, peeled and sliced
Avocado, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons Lemon basil, chopped/fresh
½ Orange--juice of
½ Lemon--juice of
½ Lime--juice of
1 cup Yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

COMBINATION OF

DRESSING

Prepare fruits and arrange on individual plates or a platter. Refrigerate.

In a blender or food processor, combine the lemon basil leaves with the citrus juices. Process until pureed. Add yogurt or sour cream and honey and mix to blend. Taste and correct seasonings with more citrus juice or honey to suit your taste. Spoon dressing over fruits and serve.
