Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Chives, Parsley & Dill, combined
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Place cream in a mixing bowl and beat with electric beater until water separates from a solid mass. Pour off the liquid, season the butter with herbs and salt, and spoon into a decorative dish. Excellent served with fresh vegetables, potatoes, or rice.

Yield: approx. 8 oz.
