1 cup Butter; softened
2 tablespoons Fresh chopped chives
½ teaspoon Dillweed
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley leaves

Allow the butter to stand at room temp. 30 minute before serving. Excellent on grainy bagels. Makes 2 cups. EAT-L Digest 29 July 96
