Fresh tuna steak with broccoli & yellow squash-country li

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Small broccoli flowerets |
1 | small | (4 or 5 oz) yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
2 | tablespoons | Thinly sliced green onion |
⅛ | teaspoon | Dried oregano leaves, crushed |
⅛ | teaspoon | Dried rosemary leaves, crushed |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
2 | 4-oz tuna steaks | |
2 | Lemon wedges |
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine broccoli, squash, green onion, oregano, rose- mary, and pepper.
2. Place one tuna steak near the side of a large microwave-safe dinner plate. Place half of vegetable mixture next to tuna. Repeat with remaining tuna steak and vegetables on another plate.
3. Cover plates with plastic wrap. Microwave each plate on high (100 percent) 3 to 4 minutes or until fish is opaque all the way through.
Puncture plastic wrap or uncover immediately to prevent wrap from shrinking onto food. Serve fish with lemon wedges.
