Frozen cheesecake and fruit squares

Ingredients

1 | cup | Graham cracker crumbs |
¼ | cup | Melted margarine |
¼ | cup | White sugar |
8 | ounces | Cream cheese, softened |
1¼ | cup | Sweetened condensed milk |
⅓ | cup | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | can | Cranberry jelly, or 2 cups frozen raspberries |
Directions
In large mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and the vanilla. Fold in the cranberry sauce or frozen raspberries. Pour over the crust. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Remove and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into squares and return remaining pan back into freezer until needed. **VARIATIONS: 14 oz well drained crushed pineapple and 1 tsp grated orange rind.
