Frozen yoghurt melba

175 grams Raspberries; thawed if frozen
; (6oz)
1 500 millilit vanilla frozen bio-yogurt; (1pint)
; dessert
2 Ripe peaches; peeled, stoned and
; sliced

Directions

Place the raspberries in a food processor or blender and puree, then rub them through a sieve, if you prefer a pip-less dessert.

Place scoops of the frozen yogurt on to serving plates or in glasses, interspersing them with the peach slices. Pour over the raspberry puree and serve at once.
