Ginger and honey glazed beef

Ingredients

1 2 kilograms - roast joint; (4lb)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon Freshly grated root ginger
1 Stem of lemon grass; trimmed and finely
; chopped
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Freshly ground black pepper
To garnish: spring onion and radish
; flowers

Directions

1. Roast the joint following instructions on the pack.

2. Blend together the oil, soy sauce, ginger, lemon grass, sesame seeds and pepper.

3. 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time, pour the glaze over the joint. Serve garnished with spring onion and radish flowers.
