Ginger sesame soy dressing

Ingredients

½ cup Low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup Cooking mirin (rice wine)
½ cup Water
1 ounce Shredded fresh ginger
1 ounce Sliced onion
1 ounce Sliced celery
1 ounce Shredded carrot
1 dash Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients except butter in saucepan. Boil for about 10 to 15 minutes to reduce the sauce, or until ⅔ cup of sauce remains.

Add butter, stirring until melted.
