Glazed ham with balckberry sauce

1 | 5-7 lb. bonless, smoked whole ham | |
12 | ounces | Beer |
½ | cup | Brown sugar, packed |
⅓ | cup | Dijon-style mustard |
8 | ounces | Can crushed pineapple drained, reserve juice |
6 | ounces | Can frozen orange juice undiluted |
1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch, dissolved in |
¼ | cup | Water |
2 | cups | Blackberries |
Directions
Preparation: 15 minutes Bake ham 2¼ - 2 ½ hours Serves 10-14 Preheat oven to 325. Place ham in roasting pan and bake in preheated oven. In a small saucepan, combine beer, sugar, mustard, reserved pineapple juice, and orange juice. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook over low heat until glossy. When ham is ready to be served, skin off any fat. Turn oven to 450. Coat ham with glaze. Add berries and pineapple to sauce and pour over ham just before serving.
Note: There is no mention of how long to bake at 325 or how long to bake at 450...just the mention at the top of the recipe.
