Goat cheese stuffed plum tomatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
9 larges Plum tomatoes
½ pounds Goat cheese
½ cup Fresh chives, chopped
¼ cup Our Thyme Garden Italian
. Blend Oil

Directions

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out all the seeds and inner membranes. Place them upside down in a colander and allow to drain. Place the cheese, chives and oil in a bowl and mash together to form a smooth creamy mixture. Divide the cheese mixture evenly among the tomato halves.

Serve as an appetizer or for the salad course.
